Serge has over thirty years of experience in developping social enterprises. He now has a proven track record of successfully helping local organizations to grow faster.
With a background in business management, Serge brings the entrepreneurial mindset highly needed within harmonious landscape. He is involved in various activities as National Office of Environment administrator, as a member of the IUCN Regional Committee for Eastern and Southern Africa, an administrator of the Economic interest Group “Sahanala”, but also as the president of the sustainable development committee within GEM (group of enterprise in Madagascar).
When he is not directly lobbying with our partners, Serge advises the executive teams on strategy, process and methodology decisions.
