With a background in Agronomy, Heritiana started as an farm technician in the Itasy with AGRISUD International. The later is a NGO well known for its implication in agroecology. He worked for the NGO again for 4 years within a development project as project coordinator in the district of Ambohidratrimo.

Heritiana is from the Antolaka, the road toward Anjozorobe, and is committed to the development of the area. He joined Fanamby begining of 2019 as landscape manager of the forest corridor of Menabe Antimena.
